Scott E. Radcliffe

Scott Radcliffe is a dedicated and aggressive litigator. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, real estate litigation, legal malpractice, and personal injury lawsuits representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Radcliffe has extensive experience handling trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings. Mr. Radcliffe has the experience that clients turn to and trust for their most important litigation needs no matter the size or complexity. Mr. Radcliffe has represented clients spanning the spectrum from Fortune 500 clients to small businesses and individuals. Mr. Radcliffe firmly believes in a philosophy of listening to each client’s needs and litigation objectives and providing thoughtful and cost-effective legal services.

Mr. Radcliffe is a 2011 graduate of the University Of Pacific, McGeorge School Of Law. He was a member of McGeorge’s nationally ranked Moot Court Team where he was finalist in the Pace International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition and went on to argue in the World Finals in The Hague, Netherlands.
